The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer develops and tests information security tools, applications, and system solutions deployed in Humana. Oversees the design engineering and testing processes for Humana EIP products and works with relevant EIP stakeholders to drive products from design to volume production release. The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer work assignments vary in degree of complexity and may design and implement protocols and solutions designed to safeguard sensitive data from external/internal breach or attacks and implement relevant engineering updates to Humana information technology and information security infrastructures.
The Sr CyberSecurity Engineer will focus on supporting Identity Security Cloud, Approver Database, Service-Now, Request For Access (RFA) as well as IAMHub. The Engineer will be responsible for identifying recurring patterns in identity lifecycle issues. Once identified the Engineer will be responsible for finding root cause as well as designing, implementing and maintaining a remediation plan until the underlying issue is corrected. The Sr CyberSecurity Engineer makes decisions issues with varying degrees of complexity regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

**Required Qualifications**
5 years' relevant work experience in all of the following areas:
+ **Understanding of IAM principles, technologies and best practices**
+ **Experience integrating Security Policies, virtual access and controls**
+ **Experience integrating Cyber Security technologies with existing technologies**
+ **Experience with various scripting languages such as Powershell and SQL Queries - specifically with regard to remediation and automation.**
+ **Skilled in incident management support for an ITSM environment**
+ Experience with cloud platforms and their IAM services such as Azure
+ Experience modifying NTFS permissions
+ Experience with managing ticket lifecycles for Service Support
+ Deep experience with creating/updating/maintaining Knowledge Base Articles
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree
+ Experience with various IAM tools and platforms including Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
+ 5 or more years of security administration experience
+ Industry Certifications: CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP and/or CISM
+ Deep understanding of IAM Account lifecycles
+ Hands-on experience with Service-Now
**Work-At-Home Requirements**
+ WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
+ A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
+ Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
+ A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
