Sign-OnBonus: Up to $15,000! Anestablished air ambulance provider is seeking an experienced full time SeniorA&P Mechanic to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This role requires a dedicatedA&P-licensed mechanic with at least two years of experience as a CertifiedAircraft Mechanic to perform maintenance on our helicopters. The idealcandidate must be available for frequent travel, including short-noticeassignments, and must be able to work night shifts as maintenance schedulesdictate.

Schedule: 7 & 7 schedule. Mustlive within a 1-hour commute from the base. Frequenttravel between bases as required.

Responsibilities:

• Performinspections, maintenance, and repairs on helicopters in compliance with FAAregulations and company policies.
• Diagnoseand troubleshoot mechanical and avionics issues, ensuring optimal aircraftperformance.
• Conductsheet metal repairs and avionics troubleshooting/repairs as needed.
• Maintaindetailed records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Travelbetween bases is required.
• Adhereto all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Worknight shifts as necessary to support maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• FAAMechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings.
• Minimumof two (2) years of maintenance experience as a Certified Mechanic.
• Strongcommunication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiencyin basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity assessment (strengthand flexibility assessment), drug screening, and background check.
• Mustbe able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Sheetmetal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting/repair skills preferred.
• Mustreside within one hour or sixty (60) miles of the base (whichever is greater).
• Frequenttravel required, including short-notice assignments during scheduled hitch.
• Abilityto work night shifts as maintenance events require.
