Backed by a customer-first culture and a flexible, entrepreneurial team, we’re expanding rapidly across the Western U.S. We seek an Outside Sales Rep to join our team and lead our sales division! - Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on generating new business and growing existing accounts in the electronics, aerospace,
- Build strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, and operations teams to understand supply needs and recommend solutions.
- Promote and sell high-demand products (e.g., bar solder, nitrile gloves, isopropyl alcohol, Kapton tape) as well as value-added services including
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, conducting on-site visits, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and superior customer service.
- Track pipeline activity and customer interactions using CRM tools to drive accountability and transparency.
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to build market presence.
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience; industrial distribution, MRO, safety, or specialty materials industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts with purchasing and operational decision-makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with autonomy, building relationships, and growing business in a competitive market.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally to meet with customers.
