Senior Staff Accountant
Join our growing team as a Senior Staff Accountant! We're seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, process improvement, and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile monthly journal entries and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and audit activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
