Golden Corral restaurant Co-worker positions consist of Bakers, Buffet Attendants, Bussers, Catering, Guest Experience Attendant, Grill, Fry, and Hot Cooks, Line, Local Store Marketing Coordinator, Host/Cashier, Prep Person, Meat Cutter, Utility Person, and Servers. As a new Co-worker, you will begin orientation and practice in one skill position and can track your own progress to becoming certified in this position. After being certified in a position, Co-workers may cross-train in other skill positions as part of our FastTracks training program. It's this camaraderie and team spirit that makes working here so rewarding. There are plenty of other rewards for full or part-time employees too including:
