HVAC Technician (Commercial & Industrial)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installation Technician with 5+ years of experience.
Applicant should be knowledgeable in:
- RTU replacements 5-ton to 50-ton
- Split System retrofit and replacement
- Routing, supporting, and soldering Condensate drains. This includes press fittings
- Water Source AC replacement
- Copper chilled water installation, routing, supporting, and connections. Typically copper up to 2”
- Minor Ductwork associated with Tenant improvements,
- Thermostat wiring
Beneficial Knowledge:
- Grooving of iron pipe, fitting, and layout of iron pipe for chilled water systems
- Understanding of on-site re-directing for a better outcome (thinking on the fly)
- Layout, routing, and approach to running water lines, condensate line, and chilled water lines.
Skyline Mechanical will train on role-specific skills, but theapplicant needs to have core knowledge of this position.
