A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our agile Software Development Team within the company's Pathology Lab R&D. T he successful candidate will extend beyond just identifying defects and will be vital in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases.

Senior Software Development Engineer i n Test (SDET) Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases.

Senior Software Development Eng ineer in Test (SDET) Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in software development and testing, with a significant focus on test automation framework design and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
• A strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, functional, non-functional, regression, integration, system, acceptance).
• Significant experience with industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
• A dept in at least one object-oriented programming and scripting language used for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Proficient in using CI/CD tools and test management tools and processes (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Experience using AI tools to perform automated test planning, development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• A proven experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
• Ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
