Workflow Coordinator (Remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking organized and proactive individuals to join our team as Workflow Coordinators. This role focuses on managing workflow processes, coordinating scheduling activities, tracking travel-related tasks, and ensuring clients receive timely communication throughout the planning process.
As a Workflow Coordinator, you will help maintain efficient operations by organizing requests, monitoring timelines, coordinating itinerary-related details, and supporting clients through various stages of travel planning and coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow processes and scheduling activities
- Monitor project timelines, travel-related requests, and task completion
- Assist with itinerary organization and travel planning support
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and workflow updates
- Communicate important updates, confirmations, and scheduling information
- Track outstanding requests and ensure timely follow-up
