$150000-$170,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Vaco has partnered with a respected logistics company seeking a Controller to join their team. This role offers a clear path for advancement, along with a flexible hybrid schedule and an attractive compensation package. You’ll oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. You’ll also lead and develop accounting teams, drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in alignment with GAAP/IFRS
• Lead and develop accounting teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and policy enhancements for efficiency and scalability
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations
• Support special projects, including M&A and due diligence, with financial expertise and risk assessment

Requirements:

• Big 4 experience preferred
• CPA preferred
