Manufacturing Technician Lead

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Lead SHIFT: Front Half Nights 6:30pm-7am, Sunday-Tuesday, alternating Saturdays. Job Description Join a leading semiconductor manufacturer in a long-term material handling project within a clean room environment. This role requires a dedicated and proactive individual to manage materials efficiently. Responsibilities + Manage and track the movement of materials to ensure timely delivery and availability. + Register material movements in SAP within 24 hours to maintain accurate status records. + Organize storage to facilitate quick retrieval and prevent loss of materials. + Physically move materials within the clean room and from the warehouse to the customer facility. + Track and register serial numbers using RF Scanner. + Ensure materials are allocated and transported using appropriate methods. + Order materials and organize transportation as needed. + Inspect tools for completeness and proper certifications. + Maintain a neat and clean work area. + Ensure accuracy and completeness of tooling and kits during pickup and return processes. + Assist in resolving defects in incoming tools and kits. + Adhere to local and customer safety standards and specific Ways of Working (WoW). Essential Skills + Experience leading a team of 3+ on NIGHT SHIFT + Experience working in a clean room highly preferred + Experience in material handling or manufacturing environments. + Proficiency with RF Scanner. + Basic Excel skills. + Strong communication skills. + Prior night shift experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in warehouse or semiconductor materials handling. + Familiarity with ERP/MRP or other inventory management systems. + Knowledge of complex electro-mechanical components handling. + Experience using SAP systems or similar complex ERP. + Ability to multitask and work independently. + Customer service orientation. + Organizational skills and process improvement experience + Positive, proactive attitude. Work Environment This role involves active work both inside and outside a clean room, requiring comfort with physical labor and wearing a bunny suit throughout the shift.he schedule includes 7pm to 7am shifts either Sunday to Tuesday or Wednesday to Friday, including every other Saturday. T Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
