Custodian Integration Manager POST NUMBER: 151062

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in Tempe to hire a Custodian Integration Manager. This is a direct-hire opportunity paying up to $120,000 annually. The position can be based onsite in Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX. This is a senior-level role responsible for managing custodian data integrations across the organization, ensuring the seamless flow of investment and account data between custodians, technology platforms, and internal business systems. Responsibilities: Manage relationships with custodians, clearing firms, and third-party data providers Oversee account, transaction, position, and investment data feeds Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, feed failures, and connectivity problems Partner with technology and data teams to enhance systems, workflows, and processes Develop and prioritize product enhancements and integration roadmaps Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions Ensure data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met Monitor APIs and automated data connections to maintain data accuracy and reliability Lead cross-functional projects involving wealth management technology and data integrations Support scalable growth by improving operational efficiency and data accessibility Requirements: 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Operations, Broker-Dealer, RIA, or Financial Services environments Experience working with custodians, clearing firms, portfolio accounting platforms, or investment data providers Strong understanding of investment account data, transactions, positions, and securities Experience managing or supporting data integrations, APIs, and third-party technology platforms Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
