Salary: $170,000–$220,000
Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of mission-critical construction projects from pursuit through warranty. In this role, you'll oversee every phase of the project lifecycle—including business development, preconstruction, construction, closeout, and client relationships—while leading high-performing teams and driving exceptional project outcomes.
You'll also play an important role in mentoring employees, supporting company initiatives, and representing the company with clients, partners, and the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead one large or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Support business development efforts by helping develop winning proposals and participating in client presentations.
Manage project budgets, schedules, labor, procurement, safety, and overall project performance.
Oversee estimating, bidding, contract reviews, change orders, and purchasing activities.
Monitor project financials and ensure profitability, quality, and schedule goals are achieved.
Champion a strong safety culture by leading safety planning, inspections, and incident response.
Mentor and develop project teams while collaborating with leadership on staffing and workforce planning.
Represent the company professionally and contribute to company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
What You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10–15 years of construction project management experience, preferably on complex or mission-critical projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management best practices.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
OSHA 10 certification required.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
