Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for multiple clients monthly accounting and reconciliations. We are a gowning CPA firm in need of an QB Expert , must know Excel, Word and be able to think on your feet, great customer relations and a fun work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP AND ONLINE
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
