Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Part-time / flexible hours)

Duration: Full-time

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team, working with a yoga-focused software platform designed for yoga studios, instructors, and wellness businesses .

In this role, you will help expand our customer base by connecting with yoga studios, instructors, and local wellness communities. You’ll introduce them to a simple platform that helps manage classes, students, bookings, and events — all in one place.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people interaction, community building, and SaaS sales, and wants to work in the wellness space.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to connect with yoga studios, instructors, and wellness businesses

• Engage with potential customers to understand how they currently manage classes, students, and bookings

• Present the platform as a simple solution to manage their daily operations

• Build relationships with yoga communities, studios, and instructors

• Help onboard new users and guide them through the platform

Support local outreach by:

• Connecting with studios

• Attending yoga events and meetups

• Building local network relationships

Encourage users to:

• Create groups and communities

• Promote and attend events

• Use the platform to grow their student base

• Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups using CRM tools

• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and messaging

Requirements :

• Experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication skills (friendly, confident, and clear)

• Comfortable speaking with business owners and instructors

• Interest in yoga, wellness, or community-driven businesses is a strong plus

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Basic understanding of SaaS products or willingness to learn
