Job Details

• Salary: $40 to $60 per hour
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Mesa, AZ 85201

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with standard work hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on recreational vehicles following company and industry standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Accurately complete work orders and document services performed using company software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures consistently.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

• Dependable with a strong commitment to punctuality and work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Experience preferred in RV, automotive, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades.
• Basic computer skills to manage work orders and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in variable shop conditions.
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in tight spaces.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• RVIA or RVDA certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Own a personal set of tools.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Desire to build a long-term career in RV service.
