Job Title:  Project Manager

Duration - 10+ Months

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

• Deliver SAP FICO solutions with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.

• Lead or participate in at least 5–7 full lifecycle SAP implementations (including 4+ in S/4HANA FICO ).

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications.

• Design, configure, and implement FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Controlling (CO) .

• Collaborate with ABAP developers when design requirements extend beyond standard IMG configuration.

• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules .

• Review and approve QA test plans; provide support during testing and validation cycles.

• Work closely with the SAP Security team to establish correct authorizations.

• Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution .

• Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops to enhance FICO adoption.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO processes and solutions.

• Stay current with SAP FICO best practices, new features, and industry trends .

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and data integrity across SAP landscapes .

• Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, and documentation exercises.

• Assist with functional change requests, prototyping, and configuration updates .

• Drive proof-of-concept demonstrations and participate in release upgrades and enhancements.

• Collaborate with SAP to resolve software issues and apply fixes.

• Provide leadership by mentoring team members and sharing knowledge of SAP FICO functionality.

• Apply company-standard methodologies and governance processes consistently.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA).

• 5–7+ full lifecycle implementations , including 4+ S/4HANA FICO projects .

• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, and CO modules.

• Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams and ensuring smooth integration.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills .

• Proven ability to train end-users and build documentation.

• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP releases, features, and enhancements .
