Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This position requires a client-facing individual who is knowledgeable in financials and can effectively represent the site. Facilities experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for monitoring the performance of and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
- Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders, partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors.
- Assist in managing all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards.
- Aid in the procurement of vendors and services as needed.
- Assist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial management requirements.
- Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in the internal financial management platform.
- Assist with monthly accrual reports and monitor finance trackers.
- Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety procedures as well as all building procedures, ad-hoc duties, and performance measures.
- Assist in the implementation of the property risk management program and industry best practice operations.
- Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
- Provide support for regular management reports and projects as required.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Essential Skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of facilities experience, with 5 years being desirable.
- Knowledge in facilities maintenance, facility management, and vendor management.
Work Environment
The position will be from mid-July to December 31st, 2026, after which it will transition to a different client. The work environment involves engaging closely with stakeholders and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
