As a **Security Officer - Commercial Patrol** in **Chandler, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access control, and respond to security-related events as needed. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for any unusual conditions.
+ Monitor the premises for security-related concerns and report any unusual activity or potential hazards.
+ Assist with access control by verifying identification and granting entry to authorized individuals.
+ Work closely with property management and Allied Universal team members to address client needs and site-specific requirements.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
+ Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times while on patrol within the commercial real estate environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
