Title: Data Services Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – onsite 2 days/week; local candidates only)

Type: 1-year contract | Start ASAP

Compensation: $40-53/hr

We are seeking a Data Services Consultant with strong data modeling expertise to support our client’s Enterprise Data Services team. This role is highly business-facing and will play a key part in establishing, maintaining, and teaching enterprise data modeling standards.

Your role:

· Lead conceptual and logical data modeling efforts (physical modeling a plus).

· Use Erwin as the primary data modeling tool (required).

· Complete client-specific training on data modeling standards and methodology.

· Train and enable business users across the enterprise on data modeling practices.

· Serve as a people-facing consultant, working closely with business stakeholders.

· Support broader data services initiatives including cataloging, data quality, governance, and visualization.

What you’ve got :

· Hands-on experience with Erwin (required).

· Strong background in data modeling (conceptual and logical required).

· Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills — must be highly business-facing.

· Strong cultural fit: collaborative, proactive, personable, and adaptable.

· Ability to understand the full scope of data services beyond modeling.
