Certified Apartment Staffing is actively seeking experienced Tax Credit Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers for apartment communities throughout Phoenix, Mesa, and Tempe, AZ .

Responsibilities
Property Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of a tax credit apartment community.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and affordable housing regulations.
- Manage occupancy, resident retention, leasing performance, and financial goals.
- Supervise onsite staff and provide leadership to the property team.
- Monitor budgets, delinquency, vendor relations, and property maintenance.
- Complete resident file audits and ensure compliance documentation is accurate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Assistant Property Manager
- Assist with daily property operations and resident relations.
- Process applications, certifications, recertifications, and lease renewals.
- Collect rent, manage delinquency reports, and maintain resident files.
- Ensure all files meet LIHTC compliance standards.
- Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational duties.
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting current and prospective residents.
Qualifications
- Required: Tax Credit (LIHTC/Affordable Housing) experience.
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager (depending on the role).
- Working knowledge of HUD and LIHTC compliance requirements.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, or AppFolio is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
