Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, contracted opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Safford, AZ. This position covers PreK and grades 7-12, running from ASAP through May 22, 2026, with strong potential for renewal. The role offers 35 to 37.5 hours per week and includes a supportive team environment focused on empowering students communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language evaluations and interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress regularly
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities related to speech-language services

Qualifications:

• For SLPs: Masters degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field; current Arizona license as an SLP with AZ IVP Card
• For SLPA: Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders or related field; current Arizona license as an SLPA with AZ IVP Card
• Candidates may be fully credentialed (CCC), completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or SLPA certified
• Experience working in school settings with children grades PreK and 7-12 preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
