Job Title: Dozer Operator

Location: Los Lunas, NM

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience and interview)

Per Diem: $830/week (flat rate)

Job Overview

Operate a Finish Dozer with GPS (Trimble) to achieve final grade on large-scale commercial earthwork projects (200,000 to 20 million yards). Work includes mass grading and finish work on varied terrain.

Responsibilities

• Operate Finish Dozer using GPS for precise grading.
• Handle large earthmoving tasks on rocky and standard terrain.
• Maintain productivity on a 6 AM–6 PM schedule, Mon–Sat , with 10–12 hour days as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Finish Dozer experience with Trimble GPS.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
