Dental Assistant – Full-Time | Glendale, AZ
At Modern Family Dentistry, we’re a privately owned practice built on a strong, supportive team culture—we work hard, help each other out, and actually enjoy coming to work.
We’re currently looking for a Dental Assistant who wants to join a positive, collaborative office where both patient care and team relationships truly matter.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role that plays a key part in creating an excellent experience for every patient, every day.

Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
Provide high-quality patient care and help ensure a comfortable experience
Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
Manage infection control, including sterilization and preparation of instruments and equipment
Prepare and break down operatories
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions
Operate digital scanning equipment
Take dental impressions
2+ years of Dental Assisting experience (required)
Arizona Radiology Certification (required)
CPR Certification (required)
Dentrix experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
Understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
Familiarity with health and safety standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
