Subcontract Administrator
Join Our Client as a Subcontract Administrator in Chandler, AZ! Requires a B.S., 5-8+ yrs experience, and EPC subcontract formation/administration skills. Partner with a global leader delivering generation-defining projects that elevate living standards worldwide! location: Chandler, Arizona

salary: $51.40 - 66.71 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Execute all phases of EPC subcontract formation, including bidder prequalification, RFP preparation, proposal evaluation, commercial summaries, and contract execution.
- Administer assigned subcontracts by continually reviewing progress, tracking budgets, and identifying potential technical, financial, or legal challenges.
- Negotiate subcontract change orders, amendments, and claims with subcontractors and clients to achieve equitable settlements.
- Organize and lead contract-related meetings, including pre-bid and pre-award clarifications, to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
- Maintain control and status reporting documents while implementing standardized subcontract administration procedures for Our Client.
