Assist customers with their pest control related concerns. Complete general pest inspections. Meet and complete all Platform regulatory safety requirement. Attend product training sessions and meetings. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers is expected.**Who You Are...*** Excellent customer service skills* Exceptional written and verbal communications* Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)* Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (PestPac experience preferred)* A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win* Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment* The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business* A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)* Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.* Have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience**Who We Are...** For over three decades, Northwest Exterminating (an Anticimex company) has experienced success and growth in providing pest control services to our friends, families, neighbors, and business partners.
