Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve our IT solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs, including process automation, product enhancements, report development, payment integration, UX design, and more.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into development tasks.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments, such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Social teams, to implement effective solutions that meet their needs.
• Build additional internal and external tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Design and manage database infrastructure, data ingestion, and data warehousing.
• Use AWS cloud services for infrastructure design and deployment.
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where processes are continuously evolving.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of relevant full-stack development and deployment experience.
• Must be proficient in Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, tRPC, MySQL, and API integration.
• Expertise in database infrastructure, data warehousing, and data management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Docker.
• Familiarity with development around payment processing and integration. (Stripe, Authorize.net)
• Strong ability to design and lead both front-end and back-end development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week.
