Cultivation & Harvest Support - Phoenix, AZ
The Cultivation & Harvest Support Associate assists with all aspects of cannabis plant care throughout the cultivation cycle. Responsibilities include planting, watering, pruning, defoliation, trellising, harvesting, sanitation, and maintaining healthy cannabis plants while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and state regulations. Essential Responsibilities
Cultivation
- Plant and transplant cannabis.
- Water plants and assist with irrigation.
- Perform pruning, topping, trellising, defoliation, and canopy management.
- Monitor plants for pests, mold, mildew, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Apply nutrients and cultivation inputs under leadership direction.
- Maintain clean grow rooms and cultivation areas.
- Harvest mature cannabis plants.
- Cut, transport, hang, and process harvested plants.
- Assist with bucking, drying, curing, and trimming.
- Maintain harvest quality and production standards.
- Follow all state cannabis regulations.
- Assist with plant tracking and inventory.
- Complete required documentation.
- Follow sanitation and PPE requirements.
- Cannabis cultivation or agricultural experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid and active Arizona Facility Agent Card.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the day.
- Ability to work in indoor or outdoor cultivation environments.
- Comfortable working around humidity, dirt, and varying temperatures.
This position supports licensed cannabis cultivation facilities and may involve greenhouse, indoor, or outdoor operations depending on client needs.
