We are seeking a Sales And Catering Coordinator to join our ever Evolving team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable Catering experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities up to event execution.
- Process Banquet Event Orders, Invoices and Payments
- Work closely with the Operation and culinary team to ensure smooth execution of events, coordinating logistics, and handling any last-minute issues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads, securing contracts, and expanding current customers business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Negotiate favorable contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and properly documented.
This is an Outbound Sales Role with Existing Accounts to be managed. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and can manage leads along with high maitenence accounts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Account management or similar sales role, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food & beverage industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and partnerships, including corporate and event-based clients.
- Expertise in lead generation, lead conversion, client retention, and upselling strategies.
- CRM Experience with TripleSeat or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and catering programs (e.g., Compass Group, Aramark, Sodexo, Fooda) is a plus.

Benefits
Salary plus the following.
• Bonus will be awarded on:
- Maintaining and exceeding Sales Goals. Expectation is to grow x amount of % (Discussed in Interview) and by hitting this goal and beyond you would relieve a % of uncapped qualified commission. Qualified will be defined as meeting the company requirements i.e. the food truck event had a truck fee, admin grat fee and minimum in food sales charged (Also will be discussed in interview).
• $150 per check for car and gas allowance ($3900 a year) as you will be going to meetings and or onsite at major events locally.
• Vacation: (5 days) PTO (90 days after starting)
• Arizona state law Sick Days accrual per guidelines 40 hours a year.
• Phone: We will offer $40 a check for you to use your personal phone ($1,040 a year) and or provide one.
• A company credit card for business expenses after 30 days for potential client lunches and or basic expenses (Will discuss)
• A Computer will be offered.
• Included in Manager off sites.
