Location: Litchfield Park, Arizona (Near Camelback Road & Perryville Road)

Position Overview

The Entry-Level Water Well Service Technician will assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial water well systems and related equipment. This role involves both field and shop work and offers the opportunity to learn a wide range of mechanical and technical skills through real-world experience and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, repair, and servicing of water well systems, pumps, pressure tanks, and related equipment
• Support troubleshooting and diagnostics of residential and commercial well systems
• Perform general field service and shop duties
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of company service trucks and crane trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and job site environments

Training & Career Development

This position provides hands-on training and experience in:

• Electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Plumbing systems
• Welding and metal fabrication
• Mechanical repair and maintenance
• Water well and pump system operations
• Equipment and service truck maintenance
