Commercial Construction Plumber

We are looking for an experienced commercial plumber. The ideal candidate should have experience as a master plumber, journeyman plumber, or have service/commercial plumbing experience. Must be punctual, neat, respectful, and enjoy people. We believe in honesty, integrity, and quality in workmanship. We answer all types of plumbing service calls and also do small remodels. We are licensed for both commercial and residential plumbing.

Our work is primarily in the east Valley and metro phoenix area. If you have five or more years of service plumbing experience contact us. Paid by the hour. Must have a clean driving record and a valid Arizona driver's license. Please have references available.

• Blueprint reading and comprehension.
• Tenant Improvement (TI) work on existing commercial buildings.
• Plumbing construction for new commercial buildings.
• Major re-pipe and renovation skills.
• Tilt-Ups new construction.
• Pipe removal, repair, fitting and all aspects of pipe work.
• Ability to problem solve when solutions to difficult problems are not readily apparent.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers on commercial applications.
• Communication skills to comfortably deal with all types of customers under sometimes difficult situations.
• Ability to fully explain work in progress and completion timeframes.
• Manage a jobsite and work in progress.
• Track and stock inventory of parts.

• You should be able to assess, diagnose, and apply the correct solution towards a multitude of plumbing issues.
• You should be confident in your ability to work independently.
• Customer relations, ability to clearly communicate with customers and fellow employees.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s license. (Clean driving record- 5 years preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow and understand technical instructions.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Can comply with safety regulations.
• Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
