Accounts Payable Specialist

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team. The position involves full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable processing with the potential for temp-to-perm transition.

Responsibilities:

• Handling full-cycle accounts payable processing in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborating with the team one day per week in-office as part of a hybrid work schedule.
• Utilizing Netsuite software for efficient AP processing (preferred).
• Applying strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintaining organized records and documentation of all transactions.
• Communicating with vendors and resolving any discrepancies in a professional manner.
• Supporting additional finance and accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with full-cycle accounts payable processing.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
• Experience with Netsuite software is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Details:

• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Location: North Phoenix, Arizona
• Schedule: Hybrid, with one day per week in-office
