Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail oriented Customer Service Representative who takes pride in their work and values high standards of care, communication, and accountability. Hassayampa Veterinary Services is a busy, full service veterinary hospital in Wickenburg, AZ, seeking an experienced and committed professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a fast paced, professional setting where teamwork, consistency, and excellence are expected.

Position Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional client facing role, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or healthcare setting
• Strong phone and in person communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort working within established systems and protocols
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with both administrative and medical teams
• Genuine interest in veterinary medicine and a commitment to continued professional growth
• Dependable, punctual, accountable, and career oriented with a strong work ethic

Hours & Availability

This is a full-time position offering a 4-day work week with rotating Saturdays.

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Compensation & Benefits

Our team members can expect competitive compensation. The starting pay range for this position is $18 – $23 per hour , dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.
