Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | On-site | 40+ hours/week

We’re hiring Assemblers to build product components using hand tools, follow work instructions, and inspect parts to ensure quality. This is a great opportunity to get into a stable manufacturing environment with growth and pay increases upon hire.

• 1st Shift (Job 104069): Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM | $19.00/hr
• 2nd Shift (Job 104067): Monday–Thursday, 1:45 PM – 11:45 PM | $20.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components using hand tools and fixtures per instructions
• Perform visual inspections (scratches, dents, misalignment, etc.)
• Use a computer to view schedules/instructions, scan part s , and log inventory
• Keep a clean, organized workstation and follow safety/quality guidelines
• Help with other production tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year assembly or manufacturing experience
• Hand tool experience is required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours/day, lift up to 40 lbs, and do repetitive motion work
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong attendance is required

Pay & Advancement

• Temp pay: $19/hr (1st shift) or $20/hr (2nd shift)
• Full-Time Hire: $24.35/hour, increasing to $25.85/hour after 30 days
