What You'll Do:

• Partner with site and manufacturing leadership on workforce planning, staffing levels, talent acquisition, and onboarding strategies.
• Own and analyze people metrics to support informed business decisions and improve organizational performance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that strengthen employee engagement and align with broader HR initiatives.
• Lead talent management activities, including talent identification, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Guide organizational design and change management initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in an HRBP role supporting a senior leadership team.

What Sets You Apart:

• HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee development, employee relations, legal/compliance.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR systems (HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking systems).
• Experience coaching and influencing Senior Management regarding business and people related decisions.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to understand complex organizational issues in a matrix environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with employees at all levels with tact and diplomacy.
