Schedule: 24-hour beeper call coverage from July 27, 2026 at 07:00 through July 31, 2026 at 07:00

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Arizona medical license required for submission
- Valid DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in urology
- Current case logs and vaccination records
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
