As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Flagstaff, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a positive experience through strong communication and customer service. This is a driving post. Working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity, you will play an important role in daily site operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining visible presence throughout the location, and following post orders related to emergency procedures, traffic flow, and/or contractor access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
