Admission Ops Specialist Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.84 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Process and evaluate undergraduate domestic applications accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize systems such as Campus Solutions, Knowledge Lake, Salesforce, and related platforms for data management.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and run reports to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate applicant communications in collaboration with recruitment staff.
• Support the admissions team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Temporary only from mid-November to mid-February

Admission Ops Specialist Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data entry and experience using CRM or student information systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
