We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Lead to oversee maintenance operations and provide technical expertise in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Lead will be responsible for guiding a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment uptime, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a solid background in mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule : Monday - Friday / Weekends as needed

Pay rate: $35 - $45

Duties:

1. Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and mentorship.

2. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.

3. Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

4. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues.

5. Ensure maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance.

7. Recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements and equipment upgrades.

8. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements as needed.

9. Provide after-hours or weekend support as necessary to meet production needs (flexibility required).

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; supervisory or lead experience preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.

3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

6. Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
