Career Services Manager/Enrollment
An established Automotive Finance School in Scottsdale has an immediate opening for an energetic and positive Job Placement Manager with a strong background and experience for enrollment and job placement. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with exceptional networking abilities, strong administrative skills, and student placement success—particularly within Automotive Dealerships, RV, motor sports and financial institutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong phone and closing skills.
Requirements
- Career Services experience is required.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and high energy.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to place graduates into career opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Local, reliable candidate with a passion for helping students succeed.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Guide students through the job placement process, ensuring a seamless transition from training to employment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with automotive employers, and industry partners to expand placement opportunities.
- Source, post, and distribute industry job leads, conducting regular follow-ups with graduates.
- Build student resumes (must be proficient in Microsoft Word).
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, job placements, and employer partnerships.
