- Call: Beeper for assigned patients at 3 sites with 30mins response time required
- Call Ratio: 1:5

- Case Types:
- Location # 1 : 50% Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology
- Location # 2 : Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry
- Location # 3 : General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, GYN/Podiatry
- Location # 4 : Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Pulm/Bronc Lab, Gastro, OB, Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural Heart
Requirements
- Active AZ license
- NBCRNA certification with at least one year of experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
- Case logs of blocks performed required
- Must not reside within 90 miles of the facility
- Ability to explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing
