**we are Hiring for Rigger/ Iron worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled technician to assemble and install racks for equipment, ensuring they are securely bolted together. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and install racks for equipment. + Bolt racks securely together. + Work with blueprints to ensure accurate fitting and installation. + Perform stick welding as needed. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of construction experience. + Proficiency in assembly and installation tasks. + OSHA10 Certification. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with fitting and stick welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable with heights. + Able to lift 50+ lbs. **Why Work Here?** We offer a long-term growth opportunity within our internal team, with the potential for conversion based on performance. Must be comfortable working from heights and starting as early as 4 am in the summer. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
