Call Center Banking Specialist (Inbound | 1st Shift)

Location: Chandler, AZ (On-site)
Pay: $27.00/hour (W2)
Type: Direct Hire | Full-time (40 hours/week)
Openings: 7

Position Overview

We’re hiring Call Center Banking Specialists to support customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and recommending banking products and solutions that match each client’s financial goals. This role blends customer service + consultative sales in a fast-paced inbound call center environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering needs and recommending the best products/services
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions
• Open and support banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
• Identify when a client needs additional support and refer to the appropriate specialists
• Quote rates, terms, and program options as applicable
• Manage risk and follow processes in every transaction using available tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism on the phone
• Sales mindset and comfort balancing service needs with product recommendations
• Ability to ask probing questions, build rapport, and handle objections using clear, plain language
• Intermediate computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems/processes
• Self-motivated, organized, and strong with decision-making/problem-solving
• Flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Banking/financial industry experience
• Call center experience
• Telephone/retail sales experience
• Bilingual Spanish
