We're seeking a dedicated Golf Course Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper to ensure our machinery runs smoothly and our course looks its best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on golf course equipment, including mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles.
• Mow greens, fairways, and other turf areas to exacting standards, ensuring optimal playing conditions.
• Sharpen and adjust mower reels for precise cutting performance.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with the grounds-keeping team to support overall course maintenance operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in golf course or turf management equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of reel mower sharpening techniques and turf mowing best practices.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in diagnostics and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Physical fitness to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Golf Course Equipment Mechanic (GCSSA, ASE, Toro, or John Deere)
