Position Summary
The Head of Enterprise Operations (HUB & Access Programs) serves as the strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all patient access, HUB, and enterprise service programs across Regalo Health’s client portfolio. This role owns operational execution, financial performance, and scalability of programs delivered across pharmacy and patient support services.
This position partners closely with cross-functional leadership to ensure operational excellence, contractual alignment, and consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant services while driving continuous improvement and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive-level point of contact for HUB and patient access programs across enterprise clients
- Works closely with account management team ensuring alignment with program goals, performance expectations, and contractual commitments
- Oversee SLA performance, including tracking, reporting, and escalation management
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, scope expansions, and contract compliance
- Maintain financial oversight across programs, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional execution across operations, pharmacy, patient support, and data/analytics teams
- Ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient delivery of patient access and HUB services
- Drive operational improvements and standardization across enterprise programs
- Partner with leadership on system integrations and platform enhancements
- Establish executive-level reporting and governance frameworks
- Support growth initiatives, client expansion, and new program implementation
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in HUB services, patient access programs, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
- Strong executive client-facing experience within manufacturer-sponsored or healthcare service environments
- Proven experience managing SOWs, SLAs, and financial performance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale service operations
