Position Overview

Spartan Solar is seeking a motivated entry-level Solar Technician to join our residential installation team in Yuma, AZ. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in solar energy, construction, or electrical work. No prior solar experience is required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential solar PV systems

• Work on rooftops and ground-level tasks under the direction of a lead installer

• Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment

• Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no solar experience required

• Construction, roofing, or electrical experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions

• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
