Production Associate – Electric Vehicle Manufacturing
Casa Grande, AZ | $20/hr | Full-Time, Morning & Night Shifts Available
Join the team building the future of transportation! We’re hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing, packaging, and assembly operations at a state-of-the-art electric vehicle facility in Casa Grande, AZ.
What You’ll Do
Work on a fast-paced production line assembling vehicle components
Perform packaging and quality checks on finished parts
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow written work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures
Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production targets
What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (but we will train the right people)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on day or night schedule
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Must pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
