Maintenance Technician (Phoenix)

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• $22-$26 per hour based on experience plus $1 shift differential
• Weekly Pay
• Quarterly safety bonus opportunities

• 3 PM- 11:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Overtime as needed
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT

• Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Detect faulty operations or defective material

• Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance/electrical plant experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Basic understanding of PLCs

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Able to lift to 75 lbs. independently
• Regular and predictable attendance
• High school education and/or vocational school

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24vdc
• Able to use Multimeter efficiently
• Proficient at troubleshooting electrical issues
• VFD troubleshooting and programming knowledge
• Knowledge of CNC control systems
• Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders
