Director of Sales Phoenix, AZ (Remote Travel) Up to $175,000 Base Salary Bonus A growing industrial distribution and services organization is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, drive business development initiatives, and build a scalable sales organization. What You'll Do Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Lead new business development efforts and strengthen key customer relationships. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Establish forecasting, reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business objectives. Implement scalable sales processes and operational best practices. Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and support long-term business planning. What We're Looking For 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams. Experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, technical products, aerospace & defense, or related industries. Experience developing sales processes, metrics, and operational infrastructure.
