The Director of Strategic Growth is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market share across the company's most important airline, cargo, leasing, OEM, and asset management customers. This role serves as the executive commercial leader for assigned strategic accounts while identifying new opportunities across Heavy Maintenance, P2F conversions, Asset Reclamation, Landing Gear, and Technical Services.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as executive sponsor for designated strategic airline, cargo, leasing, and aviation accounts.
- Develop and execute annual and multi-year account growth plans.
- Build executive-level relationships with customer decision-makers.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning meetings.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and contract scope.
- Increase customer share-of-wallet through strategic account planning.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and long-term maintenance agreements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with Operations, Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support executive leadership during customer visits and industry conferences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in aviation MRO, aerospace, airline operations, or aviation services.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance programs and commercial aviation operations.
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts and long-term service agreements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with global airlines, cargo operators, aircraft lessors, or aviation asset owners.
- Proven ability to develop strategic account growth plans and expand customer service portfolios.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, customer-focused aviation environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED:
- Computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Primarily office-based with frequent travel to customer locations, company facilities, industry conferences, and trade events.
- Occasional evening, weekend, or extended work hours may be required to meet customer and business needs.
- Frequent interaction with executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of department management.

- Annual revenue growth.
- EBITDA contribution.
- Customer retention rate.
- Contract renewal rate.
- Share-of-wallet growth.
- Strategic opportunity pipeline growth.
