Key Responsibilities

Drive Culture & Engagement – Plan team-building events, recognition programs, and creative ways to keep our culture authentic, inclusive, and fun.

Recruiting Support – Partner with hiring managers to find and attract top talent that matches our values and drive.

Onboarding Excellence – Make every new hire feel like a rockstar from day one with smooth, welcoming, and high-energy onboarding experiences.

Employee Support – Be the first stop for questions, ideas, and solutions on everything from benefits to workplace vibes.

Compliance & Processes – Keep us buttoned-up by maintaining policies, ensuring compliance, and managing employee records — without losing our startup spark.

People Analytics – Use data and feedback to improve engagement, performance, and retention.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company culture and best practices.

Partner with managers to handle employee relations issues fairly and consistently.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
